Unleashing Imagination: Perfect Picture Books for Dramatic Play and Early Math

It's National Picture Book Month! Find the perfect picture books for dramatic play and early math connections.

A variety of scattered picture books.

November is National Picture Book Month. Picture books are central to our Belle's Book Club Residencies and Belle's Book Club Playgroups. Good picture books are the perfect companion for dramatic play.

In our Belle's Book Residencies, we use our body's voices and imaginations as we work together to solve and dramatize math problems. We tap and shake to the beat of the drum while practicing one-to-one correspondence.
