Unleashing Imagination: Perfect Picture Books for Dramatic Play and Exploring Setting

It's National Picture Book Month! Let's find the perfect picture books for dramatic play and story settings.

A variety of scattered picture books.

November is National Picture Book Month. Picture books are central to our Belle's Book Club Residencies and Belle's Book Club Playgroups. Good picture books are the perfect companion for dramatic play.

In our Belle's Book Residencies, we use our body and imagination to propel us into the world of the story. We fly, swim, float, and climb to get to these new places. We explore the environment and everything in it. We tap into our senses to see, hear, and smell as we travel through the setting of a story.

Great books + Dramatic Play = A Fun and Meaningful Learning Experience
