In this game participants must stay focused as they pass and receive energy around the circle.

Blindfolded participants are guided through obstacles by following the directions of their guide.

In group freeze, participants move and stop as a group while they mill around the space.

In machine, participants will use their bodies, voices and imaginations as they work together to create an imaginary machine.

This experience allows participants to connect within a group setting. Zen count builds community and helps participants to find balance.
